All orders ship out within 24-48 hours. You will receive an email that contains tracking information once your item(s) have been shipped. Once shipped out, most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. However, sometimes backorders do occur which can delay the process. Our goal is always to ship it out to you as soon as possible.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost on some products. You can choose between individual Expedited Shipping options in the “Shipping method” section on the checkout page.

Currently, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, due to the size of our products, as well as APO addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience.

If you do not live in the US and would like a shipping quote, please contact us and we will prepare a custom quote for you. Please note that any additional import/export taxes and/or customs taxes will be at the expense of the customer (including Canada). The Golfer’s Pick is not responsible for any import/export taxes relating to international shipping and is not responsible for any customs taxes or any other form of tax for an international shipment.

At times, the courier takes time to update their Shipping Portal, but rest assured that if you have received a tracking #, the item has shipped out. Normally, courier will update the shipping portal at that time it arrives to its next destination.

If your order has been deemed undeliverable by the post it will be returned to us within 7-10 business days. If we can solve the problem, we will ship it back to you at no additional cost and you will receive another shipping email notification with tracking info. If we can’t figure out why it was returned to us, we may reach out to you for address confirmation or a new address before we ship it again.

We have a large assortment of products stored at different warehouse locations. When ordering bundles or multiple items at a time, some items may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the other. So, don't worry if you don't receive all of your items at once, they are on the way.

If you’re missing a tracking number for the remainder of your order, please contact us here and we will provide it to you.

While we completely trust and value our carriers, issues with deliveries can occur every now and then. We recommend check with at all entrances or with neighbors to see if your order was accidentally delivered to the incorrect address. You can also contact the carrier directly to verify that they in fact did deliver the package.

Kindly note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once the package is already assigned to your local post office for dispatch, we no longer have any physical control of the product and the courier/post office will be the new entity responsible for the delivery.

In an event of mail carrier failure, please contact your local carrier directly with any concerns or questions.

First, locate the product you would like to purchase and choose the quantity in the selection box. Next, click on the “Add to Cart” button. All your products will be added to your cart.

You will find a Cart button located at the upper right-hand side of the website. When you are prepared to complete your purchase, ensure your cart is correct and press "Checkout".

Enter your shipping/billing and credit card information and follow the instructions on the checkout page. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us with the details of your order.

If you would like to cancel an order, please email our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after items have shipped will follow our 30-Day Return Policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.

Need to change or cancel your order? Email us immediately at info@thegolferspick.com and we will do our absolute best to correct the situation. Once the order is processed and shipped, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

Most of the times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email wrong. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.

If you believe you may have entered your email wrong, no worries, please contact us at info@thegolferspick.com and we’ll resend it.

Yes, you will automatically receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped! If not, please email us at info@thegolferspick.com with your order # and information.

All your information is protected by SSL, meaning that your information is encrypted and can't be stolen when it's sent across the internet. It's the same type of encryption used by banks.

Your card is charged immediately after you make your purchase. For security reasons and the length of time it takes to produce each item, we cannot hold pending charges in our system and charge you when the item ships. See our Refund Policy to learn more about when we issue refunds.

You can enter your discount code in the "Discount Code" section located on the purchase page.

1.     Products can be returned for a refund no later than 30 days after purchase.

2.     Products returned after 30 days are eligible for a store credit for the value it was purchased. Products returned and refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

3.     Customers must bear the cost of shipping returned products.

4.     Shipping and handling cannot be refunded for returned goods.

5.     Product must not be opened or a refund may not be issued.

Please send us clear photos of the damaged item(s), and a detailed description, within 24 hours of delivery to info@thegolferspick.com. The Golfer’s Pick will pay for shipping defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise at our cost. We will ensure you get the product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.
