1. Register your product within 60 days of purchase and rest assured we have you covered.
2. Every product is covered by our 60-day guarantee. If your product is defective or breaks under normal use and care within 60 days of purchase, we will replace it for free or provide a refund.
3. Netting: Because the life expectancy of netting is largely subject to its care, netting is covered by our 6-month guarantee and covers tears in the netting that occur under normal use and care. The Golfer's Pick wants to grow with you during your training journey and ensure you can keep your hustle on. As your nets wear out from your training we offer replacement nets for purchase with a quick ship option to ensure you can keep your training program on track!
4. Frame: All frame parts and structural pieces are covered by our Lifetime Warranty. Submit a claim and we’ll replace the broken part. If the product has been discontinued, or is out of stock, we’ll provide a suitable replacement of equal value. Please note that this warranty does not cover frame parts that are twisted or damaged by the customer, misuse, or damages caused by exposure to weather conditions.
